Photos from my very first SCUBA dive. After about 20 minutes of instruction, we were on the beach heading out to the reef to dive with the turtles. Very fun. Very cool.

Well, I was able to get this down to about 100 photos and had a hard time finding more to edit out. Amazing trip to Maui – and we packed a lot of fun in to 7 days! The camera didn’t make it to the beach or the pool, where we spent an awful to of our time. That’s probably a good thing, as we’d be swimming in photos if we did :)

I’ll post the photos from my scuba dive in a bit.

Christmas in West Seattle was a pretty great time. We had Ned, Nancy and Grace come for a week-long visit just after Christmas, which kept the fun going through into the new year. The kids had an absolute blast, as I think you can probably tell from the photos (OK, maybe the adults had some fun too). Check them out!
